3. Return Shipping
If your return is approved due to our error (wrong, defective, or damaged item), we will arrange free pickup or reimburse return shipping charges.
If you return for other reasons, you may need to ship the item at your cost.
Please ensure the product is securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
4. Replacements
If applicable, we will process a replacement once we receive and inspect the returned item. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
5. Refunds
After a successful return:
